Outpatient Support & Levels of Care
We understand that finding time to step away from your daily routine can be difficult. Our Partial Hospitalization Program doesn’t require you to stay at our facility overnight. The classes tend to meet several hours per day, each day of the week, during which time you’ll develop a schedule of individual and group therapy sessions, holistic therapy, and things like nutritional counseling.
We also offer Intensive Outpatient, which is shorter therapy sessions, 3-5 days per week for around 3-5 hours per day (customizable to fit your needs). This program is designed for people who need consistent support while keeping up with school, work, or family—pairing evidence-based therapy with integrative wellness so treatment fits real life.
